Lambs are born on the farm in the spring and receive only their mothers nourishing milk and the best pasture grass from our fields. A diet of regenerative mountain grass and wild flowers creates flavorful mild tasting meat. They are free from pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, grain, antibiotics, and hormones. The ranch is irrigated by clean mountain run-off directly from the river, and fields are surrounded by natural Idaho grazing lands. Lambs are seasonally harvested in the spring and fall and offered to you as a whole share in packaged cuts ready for the freezer .

  • Average hanging weight is 50 lbs, a total cost of $400 and includes the butcher fees.

  • You will receive about 35 pounds of meat at a price of $11/lb of packaged meat.

  • Comes to you, boxed and frozen.

  • Processed in the fall.  

Your deposit is taken from the final cost calculated and billed after harvest. We try very hard to accommodate each customers needs. Please note at check out if you have a preference for a larger or smaller lamb. Our various breeds finish at different sizes.

Pickup is offered at the farm in Indian Valley or our drop store in Eagle. We also offer home delivery of shares to the following areas, Ada, Gem, Payette, Washington, and Adams County, as well as McCall Idaho. Your location is chosen at checkout. We do not ship lamb at this time.
