Grass Fed & Finished Lamb
Lambs are born on the farm in the spring and receive only their mother’s milk and regenerative pasture grass from our pesticide free fields. A clean diet with access to apple cider vinegar and detoxifying clays and salts creates flavorful mild tasting meat full of nutrition. Lambs are seasonally harvested in the late fall/winter or early spring. Your deposit will secure a share for the season. You will pay a price per pound to the farm at harvest time (minus your deposit), and a processing fee to the butcher when you pick up your meat share. Your deposit represents a commitment to the farm to purchase a whole or portion of an animal. In turn we commit to raising your animal as though it were feeding our own family.
WHOLE SHARE
$7.00 per pound to the farm at harvest plus butcher processing fees. You will receive 35 to 45 pounds of boxed meat custom cut to your specifications for an estimated total of $420 to $520.
HALF SHARE
$8.00 per pound to the farm plus butcher processing fees. You will receive 15 to 22 pounds of boxed meat totaling an estimated $220-$290. You can choose to custom cut your half lamb share or use our specifications.
We occasionally have USDA cuts, ground lamb shares, and stew meat shares. Please contact the farm for information or to notified when they become available.

Please contact the farm for individual cuts. All cuts are $20 per pound. (legs, rack, roasts, ground etc.)
